Technical support, monitoring and further development of existing systems
We support many of our projects over a period of several years. Systems are maintained, updated and gradually expanded without interrupting day-to-day operations.
We handle updates, releases and technical adjustments, analyse dependencies and integrate new requirements into the existing architecture in a controlled manner. The aim is not to rebuild the system regularly, but to ensure its continuous development.
In addition, we monitor the technical condition of the applications. This includes health checks, security audits, monitoring of core functions and the analysis of operational anomalies. Problems are identified early and can be resolved before they become apparent in day-to-day operations.
In doing so, we work closely with the relevant departments within the company and coordinate changes with internal IT departments or hosting partners. This ensures that the systems remain stable, secure and usable in the long term.
For us, support means not just troubleshooting, but taking technical responsibility for an existing system.
