SUISA provides information, regulations, tariffs and services relating to music rights in Switzerland. The website is aimed at various target groups and covers numerous topics, help pages and FAQs. Many users access specific content directly via search engines rather than through the navigation menu. A reliable internal search function and clearly structured content are therefore essential to ensure that information can be found quickly, even deep within the website.

The concept, UX, UI and frontend are developed in collaboration with DEPT; we handle the backend implementation and technical development. The platform is based on Magnolia DXP, with search powered by Solr. Content is editorially maintained and provided in a structured manner, ensuring that extensive information remains reliably discoverable.

We provide ongoing support for the system and integrate extensions and customisations into the existing structure. The website thus remains stable even under heavy traffic and can be developed in a traceable manner. The site has been honoured with the “Best of .swiss” award, among other accolades.
