Website and services for the SENS eRecycling take-back scheme

SENS eRecycling organises the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment, as well as other categories of equipment, in Switzerland. The website provides the public, retailers and partners with information on returns, recycling and regulations, and is updated on an ongoing basis.

The concept and design are developed in collaboration with Suan; we handle the technical implementation and further development. The platform is based on Magnolia DXP and consolidates content and functions that were previously spread across multiple campaign and topic pages. In addition to information pages, the website includes blog posts, statistics, annual reports and a map for locating collection points.

We are also integrating services directly into the website. This includes an AI-powered decision-making tool based on an LLM (OpenAI), which helps users classify devices and decide between return, reuse or recycling.

We continue to maintain the system on an ongoing basis and integrate new requirements into the existing structure, ensuring the platform can be expanded over time.
